My Story

My upbringing on a farm in northwest Ohio established the foundation for how I do business. I approach my client’s needs with an open line of communication, an honest assessment of the value of retaining my services, and an analytical focus on developing an issue-specific strategy for addressing the issues at hand.

It is an honor and privilege to provide legal assistance to each of my clients with the hard work, dedication, and respect that one should expect from an Ohio farm boy.

Lecturing & Publication

I frequently lecture at local hospitals and medical associations on multiple medico-legal issues including employment contract negotiation, EMTALA compliance, HIPAA compliance, and medical practice management.

Family & Fun

I consider myself a Dad first, Lawyer second. Kahlenberg Law, LLC routinely sponsors teams and participates in fundraising for the Green Baseball/Softball Federation. I routinely volunteer as a coach for GBSF teams where I enjoy working with my sons and kids in the Green community in promoting a lifelong love for baseball. My family and I attend Advent Lutheran Church in Uniontown, where I sit on the Church Council.
